About Our Founder –

Declan Holahan founded Lean Touch Solutions in 2012 after more than a decade delivering Lean transformation within a Tier 1 Toyota automotive supplier — one of the most demanding and rigorous Lean environments in the world. He saw an opportunity to bring that same manufacturing-grade discipline to the construction sector, which was still largely operating with push-based scheduling, reactive management, and fragmented supply chains.
Since founding Lean Touch Solutions, Declan has led Lean implementation on projects ranging from €50M fit-out programmes to €1B+ infrastructure and pharmaceutical campuses, across Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia and the Middle East. His personal involvement in each engagement — rather than delegation to junior consultants — is a consistent point of difference noted by clients.
