Declan Holahan’s career journey — from Lean Automotive to Lean Construction — shaped the foundation of Lean Touch Solutions as a pioneering Lean Construction consultancy in Ireland.
With over 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Declan mastered the use of Takt Planning and the Last Planner® System before transitioning to the construction sector in 2007. His goal was to bring proven Lean Construction techniques into new environments, including infrastructure, biotech CQV, and modular builds across Ireland and Europe.
A recognised thought leader in Last Planner System Ireland and Takt Planning for construction, Declan has helped project teams on some of Ireland’s largest construction projects — ranging from €20 million to €3 billion — optimise their workflows, eliminate waste, and reduce costs.
