Lean Touch Solutions Limited successfully deployed Lean Construction & the Last Planner system over a 2 year period delivering significant benefits to the project. Trained in excess of 1000 partners on lean Construction & the last planner system before moving into our standard facilitation & mentoring across the Campus to implement the last planner system. This was a key project in the MSD portfolio which will produce the cancer curing drug Keytruda. This project was constructed 6 months faster than any project of its scale in the MSD portfolio. As a follow on from the success of the Last Planner System deployment in Construction the MSD project decided to implement the Last planner system on their CQV process of qualifying the constructed project.
