Eyes For Waste Training

Definition:

In this eyes for waste training our objective is to train participants on the 8 different types of waste that exist in the Construction Industry.  The training brings specific examples of the 8 wastes in Construction projects.  Participants completing this training should be able to identify with the different type wastes within there companies before removal of this waste.  If you can see it , you can move onto the next step to removing / reducing it.

Programme Target Audience:

Employees at all levels within construction companies that wish to help the company improve by eliminating waste.

Aims and Deliverables:

Provision of online training with a mix of lecturing & practical exercises to demonstrate the 8 wastes on Construction Projects.
