We have been busy working with our partners during covid 19 to ensure the flow of Lean Construction implementation activities kept moving in the correct direction on key pharmaceutical projects. Because these projects are linked to life saving it is essential that they still deliver on schedule. We have made a raft of changes to the way we work with our clients during Covid 19. We have gone online with our training and implementation approaches across the suite of services we offer. Example Construction partners now instead of placing notes on physical wall we collaborate using a virtual real time placing of notes. Once teams have pull planned sequence we have realtime pull plans to agreed against milestones and lead into the weekly execution cycle. We we ever go back to at the wall?. For now this has worked really good and we have pull plans to execute against, resource loaded in realtime, working really good.
