Declan Holahan’s career journey—from Lean Automotive to Construction—shaped the foundation of Lean Touch Solutions as a pioneering Lean Construction Consultancy.
With over 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Declan mastered the use of Takt Planning before transitioning to the Construction sector in 2007. His goal was to bring proven Lean techniques into new environments, including infrastructure, biotech, and modular builds.
A thought leader in Last Planner System and Takt Planning, Declan has helped project teams on some of Ireland’s largest projects—ranging from €20 million to €3 billion—optimize their workflows and reduce waste.
